Certification and assessments

Control is one good thing. Hedinger wants to be better. For this reason, we host regular external audits of our entire Quality and Environmental Management system, for example by SWISS TS, pharmaceutical manufacturers Trade Associations, by our own suppliers and even our customers.

The ESAD Assessment scheme alone, which evaluates the implementation of Responsible Care in the chemical distribution industry, covers over 600 critical specific points. This is our confirmation; we deliver what we promise. We are ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and OHSAS 18001 certified and (as one of the few market participants) we achieve more than 90% of the ESAD assessment criteria. This is an excellent attestation for the quality of our quality management.
